Our in-house courses are designed to take students from no skills or experience to being able to groom all of the main salon breeds. The courses are almost entirely practical and highly successful.
Dog grooming is an excellent career option, especially if you are a dog lover. People love their dogs and will care enough to have them groomed even when money is scarce. It is enjoyable work and once you are trained it is relatively low cost and easy to set up in business where ever you decide to live. Our aim is to help all of our students to become successful dog groomers, which is one of the reasons we have an excellent reputation.
Our staff have many years experience and have: Advanced City and Guilds Dog Grooming Diploma qualifications with distinction, iPet Level 3 Dog, Grooming Diploma, OCN Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma and ICMG (International Certificate of Master Groomers), LCGI (Licentiateship of City and Guilds Institute) Level 4 in Dog Grooming.
Some of our staff compete at the top National and International dog grooming competitions including Mastergroom, Premieregroom and Groomer of the year among others. Some of our past students also complete in these competitions.

Training with Pampered Pets Dog Grooming School
Our courses are designed to give the student the highest probability of working in the dog grooming profession and running a successful business. Liz, Kirsty, Kayleigh, Keri, Carol, and Malcolm are all highly skilled training professionals and Pampered Pets staff have been grooming dogs for over 23 years.
You'll be learning under an highly skilled and qualified team. Liz, the centre manager, has the level 3 dog grooming diploma with additional modules (at distinction and credit level). Carol has her licentiateship in dog grooming plus the International Certificate of Master Groomers, Keri has the Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma and is working towards the International Certificate of Master Groomers, Kirsty has the Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma, Kayleigh is a long time dog groomer who is working towards the iPet Level 3 Dog Grooming Diploma and Malcolm is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. We all value our excellent reputation as a dog groomer training centre of excellence.

The dog groomer training facility includes a modern dog grooming preparation and bathing suite with hydraulic baths and tables, a dog clipping and styling suite with electric and hydraulic tables, a training room as well as the Managers office and coffee lounge and staff office.
